In the mid-90´s under the cold shadow of the majestic mountains near Lillehammer, three dark souls came together to create some True Norwegian Second Wave Black Metal under the banner of STORMFRONT. "Styggmyrs Triumf" is the trio´s debut demo and was put out by the band itself in the year 1997. In 1999 the two songs of this tape got released by NO COLOURS Records as a Split-MCD with GAAHLSKAGG feat. Gaahl (TRELLDOM and ex-GORGOROTH). Now 26 years later V.E. agreed to do a small rerelease run due to some demand from the scene and for celebrating the upcoming new STORMFRONT album "Der Død Og Kjød Forenes" on CNB Records. To be honest, "Styggmyrs Triumf" needs a place in every True Norwegian Black Metal collection.
Strictly limited DIY "retro" tape re-release. Duplicated brand tapes (SONY, JVC, MAXELL) with inkjet printed cover inlays on 160gr. thick paper. CNB stamp on the back. Handnumbered. Done completely at home like the old days. No commercial manufacturing. Limited to 24 copies.
