CEMRA can certainly be considered one of the brightest representatives of the Ukrainian underground scene. This is a relatively young little-known artist who is not like most other local Black Metal bands. The debut EP "Time Of Retribution" can be compared to an ancient pagan epic due to its theme and atmosphere.
