Sarkhildr is the mastermind behind AFTOKTONIA, a young talented musician from Norway with Greek roots, who previously released music under the banner of LERNAEON. "Ashes Of The Astral Rite" is convincing the listener with an atmospheric synth-driven raw LoFi Black Metal soundscape reminding to Norwegian acts like INFERNAL WIND, KVAD, VORGFANG, MYSTERIUM, KHAOS AURA and HEATHENDOM (USA). Three admirable arranged and well composed anthems with a playing time of 31 minutes.
